French fries lovers
I just want to express how I love eating fries so much. I love its taste its texture and how it goes with my mouth. I love it plain, cheese flavored, sour cream flavored and every flavor. I like to dip it into some mayo and ketchup. I think everyone loves french fries. How about you? Do you also like french fries?
I too love french fries. Especially in fast foods. I know that it is not very healthy but I still love it. There are days where I crave french fries. I like it plain and original style. But I also love it when it is coated in cheese. But since it is fried in oil, I tried to look for another healthy alternative. I found this recipe of french fries that instead of frying, we can bake it so there's less oil. These are the methods:

1. Peel the potatoes and cut in half and then half again.
2. Cut into even thin pieces. The more evenly thick you can cut them, the more even they will bake.
3. Put them in a bowl of ice water and let them soak for about 20 minutes. This helps remove starch and make them more crispy. You don’t have to soak them, you can just give them a good rinse if you don’t have time.
4. Rinse well and then thoroughly pat them dry with paper towel. Make sure you get as much water off as you can.
5. Next put them in a ziploc bag with 1-2 tsp of oil and shake to coat. Line a baking sheet with foil, and place a cooling rack on top of it. Lay the potatoes on the cooling rack so that they are not touching. Sprinkle with salt.
6. Bake at 450 degrees F for 30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
7. Enjoy. You can serve it with ketchup or whatever condiment as to your liking.
I don't think I met someone until now who said they don't like fries. Fries are the best, the taste, the colour, they're perfect. I recently started to make them with all kinds of extra tastes like garlic, cheese, onion, there are so many combinations that can make them even tastier. I prefer them with a lot of salt, and a sour sauce near.
I also like french fries. They are very good.
